4.2 The (company) on line shop, is updated regularly to ensure that stock quantities are accurate, and the products shown on the on line shop available.
4.3 However as our products are handmade and in limited editions, irregularities of availability may occur.
4.4 The Company reserves the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time and/ or remove or edit any material or content of the website without prior notice and without any liability for any damages occurring from the above actions.
4.5 In case an order is placed for a product, which is no longer available, we shall contact you within 48 hours to inform you of the shortage.

7. Prices and payment
7.1 All prices shown on our website are given in euro (€), and include Greek sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 24%.
7.2 Please note that the prices shown in the website pricelist do not include shipping costs such as dispatch and packing. Shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process and they are added to the order before it is finalized.
7.3 Online purchases can be made by credit card or via Pay Pal. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American express. The Company reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card before any transaction and to refuse to proceed to any transaction at our sole discretion.
7.4 Please note that the Company has no control over any customs or import duties that could be implied at your destination country and for which you will be solely liable.
8. Shipping
8.1 We ship worldwide via our online store. Please note that we cannot deliver to p.o. boxes.
8.2 Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase including your billing and sending address, e-mail and telephone number.
8.3 Once an order is received, an automated email of confirmation will be sent to you and we will proceed to the payment. The purchased items will be shipped within 10 working days, unless otherwise stated on this site.
8.4 On days that our shop is closed, including Greek holidays and Sundays, received orders will be processed on next following working day.
8.5 We will only ship to addresses which match the billing address of the buyer as stated by him on the on line form. If a buyer is a registered PayPal user, the shipment will only be sent to the address registered with PayPal. The buyer is solely reliable for the accuracy of the data provided to PayPal.
8.6 The Company is not liable in any way for damages of products caused during shipment. All orders are sent via a fully traceable mail service and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you upon request.

9.1 The Company takes every care to ensure that the description and representation of our products are accurate at the time of publication. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
